At Garzoli Consulting, our 360 Feedback provide holistic feedback insights from the participant, their managers, peers, and direct reports. BEHAVIOR SURVEY

At the base of our coaching program is a behavior survey called the ProScan® Survey by PDP Global. The ProScan results are extremely accurate, with 96% of people surveyed since 1977 agreeing with their survey results. It measures the dynamics of an individual, the job and the team by focusing on strengths. The system identifies motivators and shows how environmental factors affect stress, energy and satisfaction levels. PDP Global’s original research was based on statistical analysis and was conducted using a population of working adults. The ProScan Survey evaluates four cornerstones of behavior: dominance, extroversion, pace and conformity. It also shares valuable information pertaining to decision-making styles, communication preferences, energy levels, stress measurements, and motivators.The online survey is easy to complete, taking only 5-7 minutes and resulting in a 26 page report based on an individuals communication style, preferences and approach.
